Shoppers browse fully stocked supermarket shelves above the words 'Success is all about quality over quantity!'

If I had extra space, I would offer hundreds of other products in my retail store like that huge superstore in front of mine.

Wrong thinking my dear friend.

Do more products really equal more sales?

Here are a few pointers:
- Relevance: What is your store known for? Your brand attracts people for the quality items you offer. Do you know if they are all relevant to what customers might expect you to offer? Do you make the best use of the limited resources you can offer?
- Decision Fatigue: After a certain level, additional options can cause decision paralysis. It can actually backfire.
- Quality > quantity: Agreed that it is convenient for customers to buy everything under a single roof. But, they wouldn't want to compromise with quality.
- Curation: It's not just about what you sell, but how you present it and the story you tell around it.

It's all about offering the right products to the right customers in the right way. #RetailEfficiency

PS - A couple of examples for you: Apple and Trader Joe's stores offer a limited selection of high-quality products and see how big their businesses are.
