Some people's journeys are so inspiring

Group of about twenty-five professionals standing around a conference table in an office meeting room Two men smiling while one hands over a small blue gift box tied with a yellow ribbon Poster for a CXO Roundtable talk, 'Empowering Business' with Ramesh Vadali, Senior Software Architect at R Systems USA

One of them is Ramesh Vadali sir.

We were all fortunate to listen to his story/journey so far.
So many takeovers 😀

He was in a key position in a 3k+ employees IT consulting company and still a consultant. Experiences speaks.

Here are some takes from the event for me:
- Experienced developers should become architects, not managers .

- Product-based company should focus on IP, Market penetration, Customer retention rate

- Must have: Disaster recovery plan, Data backup, Mock drill of disasters, Over-the-shoulder code check

- Managers are supposed to manage projects not people

Thanks a lot for sharing your wisdom, sir.
And thank you Rajkot IT Association for arranging the session. 🙏
